Processing of Personal Information Notice in terms of the Protection of Personal information Act 4 of 2013

As you are aware, the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (hereinafter referred to as POPIA) will come into operation 1 July 2021, which provides that when one processes another’s (the Data Subject) personal information, such collection, retention, dissemination and use of the Data Subjects personal information must be done in a lawful and transparent manner. As a Responsible Party, we are committed to conducting business in full compliance with all applicable laws.
In our continuing engagement with you as the Data Subject, we as Responsible Party, will have to process personal information.
We are under a duty in terms of section 18 of POPIA to provide you, with a number of details pertaining to the processing of your personal information, which details are set out under our External Processing Notice which can be downloaded and viewed on this page.
